Trade rules for customers of St. Isidor`s shop and Shop of Kosciol.pl
§1. General information
Shop of St. Isidor and Kosciol.pl haven`t own legal personality and is
running by:
Jakub Piotr Sowinski, Safranice 555, 547 01 Nachod, Czech Republic
registered in Companies Registration Office in Nachod.

§2. Registration and privacy policy
1. For registration to the shop are required personal details: first
and last name , address, date of birth, gender, e-mail and phone
number.
2. User not registered cannot order using web site.
3. When user registering to the shop, agree with placing and
processing of his personal informations according to these rules. All
data are law-protected in accordance with law no. 101/2000 Sb. of
Czech Republic and act from 29.08.1997 r. (Dz.U. Nr 133 poz. 883) of
Poland.
4. Customer has right to view or correct his own personal information.
5. In case of ordering periodicals, which is sending by other then
Store.Isidorus.Net subject, customer agree to share his personal
information with realizing order subject.
§3. Orders
1. Subjects of ordering are goods mentioned in trade offer in moment
of ordering.
2. Customer can order goods using web site, e-mail, traditional post, or fax.
3. Orders can by adjusted to wishes of customers.
§4. Payments
1. Accepted forms of payments are: COD (not into all countries),
credit card, PAYPAL or bank transfer.
§5. Shipping and returns.
1. While ordering customer agree to bear mail or currier`s costs.
Cost depends on weight and value of order.
2. Customer can give the order up within the 10 days counting from day
of delivery only if product wasn`t used and still is originally
packed. Customer bears the cost of return. We will back you money by
bank transfer. It doesn`t apply to vestments made on order.
3. If content of mail doesn`t agree with order we will exchange
products free.
4. It`s necessary to add evidence of purchase (receipt or invoice)
while returning order.
5. Please file all possible complaint to the firm mentioned in §1 par. 1.
6. Your order will be sent to you up to 28 days. (mostly in 10)
§6. Ending rules
1. These rules are in force from the moment at once was published.
2. Firm conducted Shop of St. Isidor reserves the right to change the
rules. Changes are in force from the moment at once was published.
4. In cases, which are not included in these rules, the Law of Czech
Republic will be applied.
